This site collects as little as an escrow office can get away with.
Forms
When you open an escrow or send a note through this site, what you type is emailed to the office inbox and to the escrow officer, and a copy of the acknowledgement goes to you. The website itself stores nothing; the email is the record. Attachments travel the same way.
Bot check
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. It runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare a token, not your form contents.
Visit counts and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. It does count visits, so the office can see how many people use the site and which pages they read. Each visit sends the page address, the site that sent you here, and a random number your browser keeps in its own storage to tell a return visit from a new one. That number isn't tied to your name or email, nothing is sold or shared, and clearing your browser's site data resets it.
Your escrow file
Once a file is open, the information you give us is governed by the escrow instructions you sign and by California law. Ask your escrow officer anything about how your file is handled, or email FrontDoorCS@TeamPlayerRE.com.
